Head Chef Luke Smith has curated a gourmet six-course degustation menu showcasing the vibrant and authentic flavours of the Clare Valley.
Each gluten-free course includes an element of local Mintaro lamb.
The lunch is paired with five handcrafted premium wines by winemaker and owner Justin Ardill.
Bookings are essential and payment is required at the time of booking.
