The Butchers Table Eldredge Wines

The ultimate Farm to Table Event at Eldredge Wines. Butchery
demonstration followed by four course dinner with paired wines plus a
carvery kit to take home.

Butchery demonstration by local award winning Butcher Jason Mathie –
learn how to get the best cuts, butterfly a lamb shoulder, and trim a
leg ready to roast. Followed by four course dinner with paired wines,
including museum Reds from Leigh Eldredge’s Cellar.
Plus a carvery kit to take home which includes a Butchers Knife
(recommended by Mathie), marinated & butterflied lamb shoulder, bottle
of Eldredge wine, and a Lamb Shoulder recipe card.
