Festival Opening Dinner with keynote speaker Liz Harfull international award-winning author. Dinner will feature lamb from Wunderbar and Four-Leaf Milling Organic Flour.
Guest Cambodian Chef Mengly Mork Owner at PinakPou Restaurant Siem Reap and Chef Outta Water Associate Chefs will prepare a 2-course dinner to be matched with hand crafted, estate grown Reillys Wines.

Join over a dozen speakers from across the Sheep Industry who will be sharing their inspiring stories and experiences about this important industry. From farming to fashion to science and cooking this forum will educate and inspire.

Community Dinner with local entertainer Dave Prior returning to perform this year. This is always a great night for the festival as people share stories, poems and sing along. Guests bring a plate of food to share with the famous Mintaro and Muleteer Lamb Sausages making their annual appearance at the festival.

Auburn - Institute – 1pm Fashion Design and Student Art Awards and Exhibition Launch and afternoon tea. This year’s festival includes the inaugural Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb Wool Fashion Design Awards and Exhibition features TAFE SA 2nd year Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology students and the Clare High School Student Art Awards and Exhibition.

The Mintaro Institute has been the centre of the town's social and cultural activity ever since the foundation stone was laid on 4 February 1878. The Mintaro and Poetry, Music and Community Dinner has been an annual feature of the Festival and this year Greg Cooley from Greg Cooley Wines is curating a wine list of some of Clare favourite Italian varieties.

Guest Chefs will prepare a dinner to be matched with hand crafted, estate grown wines Reilly’s Italian varieties of wines.
